Purchased in 2014 and delivered new to her current owner, Moonshadow V is a versatile, high-quality 38' cruiser racer.
As a family cruising yacht, her three-cabin layout and very clever single head layout allows a spacious saloon and good-sized cabins. Her cockpit is practical and spacious with her optional opening swim platform creating the perfect lounging or swimming space. As a racing yacht, her pedigree is excellent. Designed by Judel/Vrolijk and ordered with the torpedo bulb keel she has also had constant upgrades to her sail wardrobe since new. Her sail inventory includes a 2019 NORLAM North Main, a carbon Doyle furling J1 and 2020 North 3Di J1 and a A2 on a Seldon furler.
Her interior is exquisite. The quality of finish of timberwork and innovation below is incredibly impressive. Powered by a Volvo 29hp diesel engine with 600hrs, she is lying at Middle Harbour Yacht Club in Sydney Harbour and ready for inspection.
