Built in France in 2003, Brahminy is a well-cared for Lagoon 380, now exclusively for sale with YOTI Queensland.

With nearly a 1000 Lagoon 380's built; this is the world's most successful cruising catamaran to date. The overall size of the 380 covers all bases including simple couple day sailing, extended family cruising and even entertaining multiple guests. Few catamarans produced even today are able to offer such a useable and practical steering position as the 380 - that is one able to clearly view all four corners of the vessel while being slightly elevated from the cockpit yet having complete uninterrupted contact with guests in the cockpit and even saloon.

Brahminy has the versatile four-cabin layout, with two good size heads, for ultimate flexibility. Her entrance sliding door and window seamlessly links the cockpit and the light and airy saloon. The galley is just where we want it, up and within reach of both the saloon and cockpit tables. This is a social catamaran easily handled by two yet with enough room and proven capability to cruise oceans, with good upgrades where it matters.

Brahminy is powered by 2 x Yanmar diesel (port engine from 2012 with 2,200hrs - starboard 2010 with 2,800 hrs), has a Spectra 12v 24l/h Watermaker and for further autonomy a 330 W solar panel. Recent upgrades include AGM batteries, anchor chain and a just purchased reconditioned aluminium rib. In 2017 the upgrades included replacement of all standing rigging, a new trampoline, hatch acrylic, a 9.9 hp Outboard and a Manson anchor.

The vessel and her sails are in good condition, her engines come with modest hours and her rigging is done. Brahminy presents a great opportunity to commence your sailing dreams in a Lagoon, at a realistic price.
