Lying in Hervey Bay, Queensland, 'Blue Pointer' is a 2007 Lagoon 440 exclusively listed for sale with team YOTI Queensland.

This sought-after 3 cabin, Owner's version, Lagoon 440 is a well known vessel on the Australian East Coast. Her owners have been central to the 'Lagooned in Oz' group of Australian Lagoon enthusiasts and have now decided to sell. Shipped by her first owners to Australia, Blue Pointer is set up for serious bluewater cruising.

She is powered by two Yanmar 54HP engines (less than 2,600hrs), has an Onan 4kw Genset, 1200W solar on two s/steel frames, 2KW inverter, saloon air conditioning, watermaker, additional fridge and freezer capacity, washing machine and hardtop, with clears and shade enclosure. She also comes with a tender with 15HP outboard, big Rocna anchor, blue underwater LED lights and more.

Blue Pointers' interior is in Beech with light crème upholstery. The saloon is airy and light, with the trademark excellent all-round visibility that Lagoons are known for. There is a comfortable and large L shaped settee with a central mounted table and bench. To starboard, forward-facing is the navigation/workstation with repeater Chart plotter and nav instruments and a Stereo/TV. The aft-facing galley with practical s/steel tops has lots of counter space and is fitted with a gas oven and hob. In the galley and saloon are the fridge and freezer, with a drink fridge in the easily accessed aft cockpit.

All her cabins are ensuite, with large scenic hull windows and overhead opening hatches to ensure ventilation and the feeling of light and space. The spacious owner's cabin takes over the starboard hull, which can be closed off with a sliding door. Aft is the island-style double berth, midships a desk, wardrobe, and sofa and up forward the large head with enclosed shower and washing machine. The port aft cabin features a same sized island berth, with good storage, own head, and shower. The port forward cabin features a double berth, with an ensuite head and shower, which has an extra door to the passageway.

The flybridge on the 440 has all-round visibility and Blue Pointer has a large and well-designed custom hard top, with a sliding hatch for sail trim and aft access steps to close the mainsail bag. At the helm are the Garmin Chart plotter and multi-function displays, with the all-important mainsheet winch and other winches at arm's length. She has a full batten mainsail, furling jib and for a Code 0 on a removable furler, set from the bowsprit.

This vessel is well presented and maintained by her meticulous owners and is now ready for more adventures.
