2001 Sealine F44 now for sale with DBY Boat Sales.
The Sealine F44 is a luxury flybridge cruiser with twin cabins and twin ensuite bathrooms. It encompasses everything that is attractive about the well-respected Sealine brand.
The F44 offers several separate areas for soaking up the sun and escaping it under an overhung bimini over the cockpit area.
She has triple reverse cycle air conditioning units which ensures the ultimate in living onboard wherever you might be located.
An integral boarding ladder is part of the moulded hull and unique to the F44. The transom is wide enough for a tender and has telescopic spigots to assist with loading. Also out the back is a concealed swim ladder, a moulded fender locker, hot and cold pressurised deck shower and a transom door to port side.
The cockpit offers seating for five on a rear lounge and standing room for at least six guests for that champagne and canape cruise.
Sealine boats have endless impressive storage areas. In the bridge overhang for example, a loose table-ideal for throwing together a makeshift lunch or breakfast-hides inside a locker.
There are further holds under the saloon lounge, including a stainless icebox, plus a massive lazarette for pool toys. The area also houses the air con units and Kohler 11kva gen set, circuit breakers and access to the steering gear.
A moulded liner makes the big sub floor space easy to access and the thick stainless rails bordering the rear lounge provide additional security around the side decks, which are accessed up two moulded steps from the cockpit.
The decks are equipped with recessed scuppers to handle any unwanted green water and include stylish mooring cleats. There is a sunpad on tracks on the bow, which is well secured and will not fly away whilst underway.
A huge anchor locker with electric windlass (remote operated) below decks and plenty of room for additional fenders or additional dock lines.
There is a high bow rail with spotlight and windscreen wipers across the entire front panels of glass.
A moulded staircase leads up to the bridge area through an oval shaped entry. This can be closed with a foot control whilst underway and makes the area very safe. The Sealine F44 can be driven from the upper station and it has adjustable lounges, more storage, drink holders and the best view, particularly at sea.
Moving to inside the saloon there is an entertainment centre with DVD/CD/TV and a fridge nearby.
The 2 large floor panels lift out for engine servicing and maintenance.
Three steps lead up to the lower driving station where there is a walnut dash and an array of gauges, switches, bow thruster and some additional overhead controls and gauges as well. It's quite a flight control centre in there.
The galley is beautifully done and is one of the highlights of this boat. There is plenty of floor space around the Corian benchtops and cupboards. A microwave and electric 2 burner hotplate, a large fridge and stainless sink with mixer. A neat fold out bench/prep area is on the centreline wall. The underfloor area here is cavernous in the galley and would suit long range cruising storage.
The whole interior is bump free, light and very airy. Teak and holly flooring in the galley lead through to carpeted cabins forward.
Two separate bathrooms. The amidships cabin has two single bunks that can easily convert to another double when required. There aren't too many 44 foot cruisers around with twin cabins and twin ensuites.
A large Island bed is a stunning feature of the forward master cabin with several hatches and portlight windows for plenty of air and light. The two bathrooms have full headroom also. Out the back is an almost new stainless-steel BBQ and a pressurised deck washdown.
This boat is an entertainer’s delight.
An inspection will not disappoint.
